Returns and Exchanges

This website is operated by DIFFERCLO Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and "DIFFER" refer to DIFFERCLO Pty Ltd.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unless Faulty, Store credit will be issued for Change of Mind Returns.

To be eligible for a garment return your garment(s) must:

  • Be returned back to DIFFER within 7 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with all the original tags unbroken and in it's packaging

This is why we suggest you refer to our sizing charts, because as a brand we aim to be extremely transparent about the weight, composition and sizing of our products.

We strongly advise that you carefully read the product description/specifications & size charts to avoid this issue.

Simply email info@differclo.com to request return instructions. DIFFER does not bear any responsibility for international or domestic returns, so for added safety, please use a well-established courier and insure all packages are coupled with a tracking number.

Once your item(s) have been returned and processed you will receive an email with your store credit. Please note that it will take a few days for us to inspect and judge whether your return is eligible. 

 

SIZING EXCHANGES

If the desired product is not sold out, then alternate sizes may be exchanged for other sizes in the remaining stock. This exchange must be completed within 7 days of receiving the garment and must be approved by us.

If the above criteria is met and you are eligible for an exchange your garment(s) must:

  • Be returned back to DIFFER within 7 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with all the original tags unbroken and in it's packaging

If the desired product is sold out, then a return may be eligible, please refer to the return/refund policy above.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a garment arrives either damaged or faulty a full refund may be completed.
Should there be a defect with the garment, Contact DIFFER (with proof photographic evidence of damage/defect) and it must be made within 7 business days after the delivery date for a refund to be applicable. When the items are returned, they must be in brand new original condition and un-worn. Returns must be sent back within 7 days after contacting DIFFER.

Once your item(s) have been returned you must allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be reimbursed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, further delays may occur.

As DIFFER regularly completes quality inspections for each garment prior to sending, DIFFER reserves the right to reject any refund request if there is suspicion of foul play and if a potential breach of terms is detected. For example once the garment is sent back to DIFFER and the garment condition does not comply with our return policy, the garment may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. 

 


Sending the garment back to us
Postage costs and fees for the returned item must be paid by the customer. DIFFER is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.

*PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover the shipping costs of any refund/exchange/return. This must be covered by the customer.
